  • A refund may be granted if the purchased service has not been activated, meaning the client did not initiate contact, no support was provided, and the service period has not begun. In these cases, the refund request must clearly indicate that no part of the service was used.
  • If the client experiences a technical issue that makes accessing the service impossible, and if the issue persists despite our attempts to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, a partial or full refund may be considered depending on the situation.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date, accompanied by a brief explanation of the situation. Requests beyond this period cannot be reviewed due to digital service timelines and internal processing limitations.
  • Refunds are not issued due to changes in personal circumstances, schedule changes, loss of interest, reduced communication, or decisions to discontinue the service early. The availability of support remains active throughout the purchased period, regardless of how frequently the client chooses to engage.
  • All approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used during purchase. Processing time may vary depending on banking or payment system regulations, but we always aim to handle approved refunds promptly and transparently.
