About Us
Support Center NK was created from a simple yet essential idea: emotional support should not come in rare sessions—it should be accessible at the exact moment a person needs it. Between 2020 and 2022, when the world was experiencing increased anxiety, digital fatigue, and social isolation, it became clear that people were seeking not only occasional consultations but steady, gentle, everyday support. Messaging felt natural, safe, and comforting.
Our team realized that most existing services offered either urgent crisis hotlines or scheduled therapy sessions, but the vast space between these two points—the daily emotional life of a person—remained unsupported. Support Center NK was designed to bridge that gap and become a place where people can receive guidance in the moment, in a calm, respectful, text-based format.
Our Story
The idea for the project began to take shape in early 2023. A team of professionals in psychology, emotional guidance, and communication coaching started studying real-world patterns of digital support. After running several pilot programs with people facing anxiety, stress, burnout, emotional overload, or a desire for personal growth, it became clear that daily therapeutic messaging truly works. Participants reported feeling calmer, more stable, more self-aware, and better supported.
This inspired the creation of Support Center NK — a service built on three core principles:
- daily accessibility,
- respect for each client’s pace and boundaries,
- gentle, compassionate digital communication.
Today, our team includes specialists who value meaningful, empathetic interaction and clients who seek steady support, not rigid therapy structures.
